New additions December 2016

We have added the below listed books to our collection this month. Every month we keep adding to our collection, the latest and the best in the category.

All new additions to our library are timely and relevant to our focused categories. We have 19 categories we focus on, which you can see on our website – www.vcenterlibrary.org         .

If any member wishes to talk on any of these books or topics and have an interactive discussion on it, we could arrange to have it here on a Saturday.  It could be a 1 or 2 hour session. Do let me know if you are interested or let me have your views on this. You may email me for any clarification.

New Additions

Thank you for being late … by Thomas Friedman (Penguin 2016)

Thomas Friedman exposes the tectonic movements that are reshaping the world today and explains how to get the most out of them…… It is a work of contemporary history that serves as field manual for how to think about this era of accelerations. It is also an argument for ‘being late’ – for pausing to appreciate this amazing historical epoch we are passing through and reflecting on its possibilities and dangers.
